420 Evaluations of Long Beach is located in the heat of the LBC. Our medical marijuana evaluations are done only by a California licensed MD and not by a RN or some other sort of physician. When you first notice our offices you will note that they are well lighted, comfortable and have a safe private environment. We ask all patients to call ahead of time to make an appointment at 562-599-8420 but if you need to you can walk in as well. Once you walk in you will be asked to sign in by one of our friendly knowledgeable assistants who will hand you some forms to fill out, please remember to bring a valid photo ID as well as any medical history documents you might have.

After you have filled our the forms, we ask you to notify our receptionist that your done so you can be called in to see the doctor as soon as possible. One of our licensed and knowledgeable doctors will shortly call you in to begin the evaluation process. The medical marijuana evaluation process usually takes about 10 minutes or so, and afterwards if your approved you will be issued a medical marijuana card. While your with the doctor please feel free to ask him/her any questions or concerns you have about using medical marijuana and how it might help your medical condition.
